  I had arranged to have a cord of wood delivered to my home today. He was supposed to deliver in the am but sent me a text saying, "Can you leave a check. I don't know when I will make it."
  I asked him who to make it out to and then confirmed the order and where it was to be delivered: a cord of wood delivered and stacked beside my house.
  He responded with a "a cord of wood is 2 ricks and is $170.00"
  
  First of all, a cord of wood isn't two ricks.
  
  So I responded, "Wait, a cord of wood should be around 3 ricks?"
  
  To which he responded, "A cord of wood is 64 square feet you should make other arrangements."
  
  Not at all good business!! Just had to share- don't use him he's not trustworthy. He will not dialogue with you.
